Rocky’s Review
7 Days of Oscar, 45 Years, Macbeth and more.

We have a big week of movies ahead. First off, HAIL, CAESAR! is held over and will move up to the Starlight Room. 45 YEARS will move downstairs to the Rosebud on Friday (2/19). And starting in the Rose will be the marvelous Maggie Smith vehicle (pun intended), THE LADY IN THE VAN. And this upcoming week we're celebrating the year's Oscar nominees for Best Picture. Each evening from Friday, February 19th to Thursday, February 25th we're presenting one of these fantastic films. Did you miss THE MARTIAN? Now's your chance. Wondering what all the buzz is about regarding Brie Larson in ROOM? Head down to Taylor Street this week. You can also catch SPOTLIGHT, BROOKLYN, BRIDGE OF SPIES, THE BIG SHORT and MAD MAX: FURY ROAD.

This weekend Michael Fassbender and Marion Cotillard will blaze across the screen in MACBETH. From the team who brought us THE KING'S SPEECH.

We also have the final screening of the National Theatre's presentation of LES LIASONS DANGEREUSES with Dominic West and Janet McTeer. The Daily Telegraph called it "Heady and intoxicating! A brilliantly revived adaptation."

And over 100 members have already claimed their tickets for our member appreciation event and free screening of HITCHCOCK/TRUFFAUT on Saturday, 2/20 at noon. We're lining up some great door prizes and can't wait to celebrate with you. Tickets are required, so grab yours at the box office before they're all gone. Available to members only.
