And yes, the most anticipated movie of the season hits our screen Thursday night (that evening's show is already sold out) and will play for several weeks. STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI will be presented in 2D and 3D in both the Rose and Rosebud, so pick which screen you want to enjoy it on, and feast your eyes on the film that's already receiving smashing reviews. The New York Times selected it as a Critic's Pick and says "transporting entertainment...it has visual wit and a human touch" and rogerebert.com says "It’s everything a fan could want from a 'Star Wars' film and then some."

This Saturday at 10pm is our Late Night @ the Starlight screening of SCROOGED, the hilarious 80's cult classic version of A Christmas Carol starring Bill Murray and Karen Allen. To round out the holiday spirit, we're playing IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE on 12/23 in the Rose at noon. Bring the whole family!

And the gorgeous FOLLIES, from the National Theatre of London has one more screening on Sunday at 11:00am. "Not just triumphant, but transcendent!" - The Stage

We will be open on Christmas Day in both the Rose and the Starlight. Showtimes posted at www.rosetheatre.com soon.
