Refunded tickets are issued as user credits. User credits can be used for tickets at either the Rose or Starlight Room and/or can be used at concessions. Ticket holders must set up a user account with an email to recieve credits. SEE "WHERE'S MY USER CREDIT" detailed below.
We do not refund tickets to a credit card or as cash.
Tickets for most GENERAL ADMISSION movies can be returned up until scheduled showtime. Exclusions exist for special events, see below. No tickets will be refunded for user credit after the show has started.
Met Opera and National Theatre Live tickets may only be exchanged or refunded as User Credit up to 7 days in advance of showtime. We are unable to refund or credit MET or NTL tickets within 7 days of showtime.

Every Thursday, seniors enjoy a special discount at the first show of the day. Thursday matinees are half-priced for seniors 62 years or older.
Seniors recieve 50% discounts on their Cinephile membership. Cinephile memberships come with multiple benefits including discounts on general admission tickets and free popcorn on Wednesdays.
